Returns

We accept returns for products that are:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the original condition.
  • Returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • In their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Please note that we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Products that have been altered, worn, or washed.
  • Custom or personalized items, unless they are defective.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@stepahead.store within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will guide you on how to return the product and provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the product is defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we receive the returned items.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges, gift cards, and any items marked as final sale are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same return procedure and place a new order for the desired item. We will issue a refund once we receive the returned product in its original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping charges.
