At Step Ahead, we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1500 within India. For orders below ₹1500, a flat shipping fee of ₹200 will be applied. All domestic orders are processed within 2 working days and shipped via a domestic courier company. 

Typically, most orders are delivered within 5-7 days from the invoice date, though delivery times may vary for remote areas, villages, or towns as shipping is dependent on the courier services.

If you wish to ship multiple items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address. Once your products are dispatched, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) via email, so you can track your shipment. 

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Step Ahead is not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including those related to courier services or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.
